1. When can I order Flowers?
- We need 2 days notice to curate and source the freshest blooms for your order?
2. When do you deliver?
- We deliver Thursday - Sunday from 8am - 12pm
3. Where do you deliver?
- Currently we are only delivering in the following areas, Rice Military, Heights, Garden Oaks, Spring Branch, Hedwig Village, Memorial, River Oaks, West University, Downtown, Montrose, Meyerland, and Bellaire.
4. Can I customized my arrangement?
- Of course! Flower gifting is so special and it should reflect the occasion, the giver, and the receiver.
5. Where do you source your flowers?
- We source the freshest flowers from our wonderful wholesalers and growers. When possible, we choose to go with local floral farm flowers.
6. Do you do weddings and events?
- We absolute love designing flowers from birthday parties to showers to both intimate and grand weddings. Please check out our event site at The Weekend Flow for more information.
1. Where is my jewelry made?
- All of our jewelry are designed and handmade in our studio in Houston Texas.
2. When will my order ship?
- The lead time is normally from 10-15 business days before your item is shipped unless stated otherwise.
3. Materials used?
- We strongly believe in sustainability therefore all our our gold is cast using certified recycled gold.
4. Do you ship internationally?
- Currently we only ship within the United States and APO.
5. What is your Shipping Method?
- We ship via UPS. Only purchases over $1000 will require an adult signature.
6. How much is shipping?
- Shipping rates are calculated upon checkout.
7. What happens if my product gets lost?
- We are The Weekend Flow are not responsible for lost, damage, or stolen packages.
- Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping address. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. If the item is sent back and needs to be reship, there will be an additional shipping and delivery fee.
8. Can I cancel by order?
- You have up to 24 hours to cancel your order. Once the item is in production, we can not refund your order.
9. Can I return or exchange my order?
- All sales are final. We do accept returns since all orders are made to order.
10. What if my item is damage when received?
- Please contact us within 24hours of receiving your order at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and pictures of the damaged item.
- We are not responsible for items damaged in transit.
11. What if I need a repair?
- Within 30 Days: We have a 30 day warranty on all regular price items. Please submit a repair request at email@example.com.
- After 30 Days: There is a set fee of $40 including repair service and shipping after 30 days. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to start the repair process.
12. What if I lose a stone?
- While it is rare to lose a stone if the item is worn normally, we will replace the stone within the first 30 days. After replace after 30 days will be price according to the missing stone.
13. Do you offer other jewelry services?
